Leap Forward
Get ready for Leap Forward, R.O.S.A.’s flagship career and entrepreneurship accelerator designed to prepare high school students from underrepresented communities for STEM-aligned careers and economic opportunity. This immersive program delivers a hands-on experience that integrates STEM exposure, professional development, leadership growth, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship into one cohesive pathway.
Rather than a multi-phase model, Leap Forward offers a unified learning experience where students engage directly with industry professionals, build career-ready skills, explore entrepreneurship, and gain practical tools to shape their future pathways. Through interactive workshops, real-world applications, and mentorship, students leave with greater confidence, clarity, and readiness to pursue college, careers, or business ownership.
Earth Day 2024
We had an unforgettable Earth Day Sustainability Celebration, where students and community partners come together to inspire positive change and make a difference for our planet. In collaboration with Georgia Power and McEachern HS, this event offered a unique opportunity to learn, engage, and take action towards a more sustainable future.
Finance Fest
FinanceFest is an annual event dedicated to empowering families through financial literacy and STEM education, hosted in collaboration with Truist and Clayton County Public Schools. This impactful event provides a dynamic platform where parents and students can gain critical skills in personal finance and explore how STEM intersects with financial success.
