• "The students were fortunate to observe people of color working in the tech industry. Encountering people of color in particular can be especially important for breaking down implicit biases and stereotypes that may be present. In a corporate setting like Microsoft, exposure to diversity can be especially important for students, as it can provide them with a more realistic understanding of the workplace and the people they may interact with in their future careers. Overall, the Microsoft tour organized by the great minds of the R.O.S.A organization was an unforgettable experience for my students, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to inspire and engage young minds in the world of technology."
